Chad is considered one of the early, leading forces in the Internet arena with strong capital raising and M&A experience. His ongoing responsibilities include the definition of the company’s business strategy, occasional games of cornhole, culture keeper, cultivating business development opportunities and the establishment of strategic industry partnerships.
Chad is a serial entrepreneur and has the scars to prove it. Prior to starting adhesive he founded FetchBack, a pioneer in the world of site retargeting. FetchBack was quickly recognized as a leader in the space and was acquired by GSI Commerce in 2010. Shortly thereafter, GSI was acquired by eBay in 2011.
Patrick is responsible for driving overall company growth. Patrick brings two decades of sales and marketing leadership to adhesive. He has experience managing inside and outside sales, as well as operational teams. Patrick has played integral roles at multiple online companies, including Dun and Bradstreet, Thomson Reuters, CareerBuilder and most recently FetchBack, an eBay company.
Patrick is a graduate of Western Michigan University, with a BA in Business Administration. He graduated high school from Associacion Escuelas Lincoln in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
